Is the bed suitable for both cats and dogs?
Yes! The calming design works well for pets of all kinds.

My bed arrived looking flat — is that normal?
Yes! Your bed is vacuum-packed to keep shipping costs low. Once unpacked, gently shake and fluff it, and give it 6–12 hours to fully expand to its soft, full shape.

Is it machine washable?
Yes, the cover can be machine or hand washed. We recommend a gentle cycle and air drying to keep the fur soft and fluffy.
